DP&S brings the future of food to life at IFFA Frankfurt

At IFFA, DP&S made a striking impression with a forward-thinking stand concept designed by Eldee Expo Experts in collaboration with renowned designer Stefan van der Heijden.

As the food industry undergoes rapid transformation, DP&S plays a key role by collaborating with retailers, the hospitality sector, producers, and consumers. The goal? Not just to tell their story — but to let visitors live it.

From concept to experience: an interactive tasting journey

DP&S had a clear vision: no traditional exhibition stand. Instead, they wanted a space where visitors could see, smell, taste, and experience their story. An inspiring environment that brought technology, transparency, and flavor together — a glimpse into the future of food production.

We translated this vision into an open and warm stand built with natural materials like wood and felt. The look and feel were inspired by a modern urban-farm restaurant. At the heart of the stand was a central kitchen island, where chefs prepared live dishes for visitors to sample, guided by DP&S account managers.

Key themes such as sustainability, transparency, smart packaging, retail, hospitality, and consumer experience were brought to life through clever graphic accents, live cooking, and clear product storytelling. Visitors discovered how DP&S enhances protein-rich foods using functional ingredients that improve both texture and taste.
