Eye-catching stand for Tools4ever at Zorg & ICT
Each year the Zorg & ICT exhibition takes place. It is the leading health tech event in the Netherlands, focused on sharing knowledge and building a future-proof healthcare system together.
At the this trade fair, Eldee Expo Experts created a striking and interactive custom stand for software provider Tools4ever. With a compact 30 m² footprint and a clear project brief, we developed a creative, functional design tailored entirely to the client’s needs.
The stand stood out thanks to a large suspended eye-catcher, ensuring visibility from afar and attracting attendees from the aisles across the exhibition floor.
Smart stand layout
Despite the limited space, the layout was smart and efficient. We integrated a discreet storage area with a kitchenette and designed custom demo units for professional software presentations, enhancing the overall experience.
Interactive experience: "Crack the Vault"
To actively engage visitors, we introduced an interactive game element: “Crack the Vault”, a clever nod to security and access themes. Through a built-in screen featuring live software, attendees experienced firsthand how Tools4ever handles identity and access management. The interactive component drew a steady stream of curious visitors to the stand.
