Trade Show: Workspace Design Show
Stand Boltrics
During the Workspace Design Show in Amsterdam, OCS+ presented itself with an exhibition stand that deliberately challenged expectations. Rather than focusing on displaying office furniture, the stand told the story behind the workplace of the future. The organisation brought a wealth of ideas around content, experience and interaction. Our role was to translate these ideas into a clear, spatially strong stand concept that fully utilised the available square metres.

Future-focused exhibition stand at Workspace Design Show
The starting point for the Workspace Design Show exhibition stand was the theme “The future starts here”. From this concept, we designed a stand in which strategy and vision were given literal space. OCS+ demonstrates how organisations are supported by first identifying needs and challenges, before translating them into workplace solutions. This philosophy was reflected in an open stand layout with clearly defined zones, each contributing to the overall narrative.
Interactieve stand
From the outset, the ambition was to create an interactive stand that invited participation and conversation. A striking element within the design was the interactive wheel. Visitors could spin the wheel themselves and were presented with themes and questions related to workplace strategy. As a result, conversations emerged naturally and in an accessible way. In addition, the printed vinyl floor reinforced this story. Graphic floor plans of offices and workspaces made abstract ideas immediately recognisable.
Colour, details and experience
The choice of bright orange gave the stand an energetic appearance. Large colour surfaces created calm and clarity, while distinctive details such as an arrow-shaped bar, greenery and a disco ball suspended above the stand added an informal and inviting atmosphere. This ensured that the Workspace Design Show stand was not just a place to observe, but above all a place to experience.
A stand that drives meaningful conversations
The stand clearly attracted attention and encouraged visitors to stay longer. OCS+ positioned itself convincingly as a strategic partner for the workplace of the future. The result was meaningful conversations, strong recognition among the target audience and an exhibition presence that aligned seamlessly with the ambitions of the organisation.
