Our vision on sustainability
At Eldee Expo Experts, sustainability and responsibility are at the core of everything we do. The world is changing rapidly, and we believe that the future of stand construction can be both circular and environmentally conscious. As stand builders, we feel a responsibility not only to design attractive and functional stands but also to offer solutions that minimize the impact on our planet.
Circular design
We build with reuse in mind. At Eldee, we design (modular) stands using sustainable materials, allowing components to be reused multiple times. This could be for the same client or in an adapted form for a new exhibitor.
Sustainable materials
Responsible choices for a greener future. We increasingly choose environmentally friendly and recycled materials, such as FSC-certified wood and biodegradable fabrics. This actively contributes to reducing our ecological footprint.
Efficient energy use
Smart energy savings and self-generation. We generate our own energy with solar panels, helping reduce our CO2 emissions. Additionally, we optimize our processes and stands for energy efficiency, from LED lighting to consolidated transportation.
Waste reduction and recycling
Conscious steps toward minimal waste. Waste separation and recycling are integrated into our construction process. Thanks to our storage facility, we can store and reuse materials for future projects, further minimizing waste.
Smart logistics
Efficient transport for a greener future. We strive to reduce the impact of our transportation by implementing smart logistics solutions. Through combined trips, efficient loading, and careful planning, we minimize the number of trips and optimize the use of transport vehicles.

Sustainability policy and SDG's
At Eldee, our sustainability policy align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These global goals provide a clear framework for driving a more sustainable future. Our efforts focus on key SDGs which relate to sustainable stand construction:
Responsible consumption and production (SDG 12):
We reduce waste by using circular designs, promoting material reuse, and prioritizing recycling. Our stands are designed with the full lifecycle of materials in mind, from production through to reuse or responsible disposal. This helps to lower costs and reduce environmental impact.
Climate Action (SDG 13):
Eldee commits to cutting CO2 emissions in our projects and working method. We achieve this by using energy-efficient materials, adopting sustainable building methods, and optimizing transportation. Our goal is to continuously reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to global climate change mitigation efforts.

Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG)
We aim to increasingly integrate sustainability features into the design and execution of our stands. This includes both the design and material selection, ensuring our solutions are not only visually appealing but also environmentally friendly. By offering sustainable options in our proposals, this system helps our clients make conscious choices that align with their sustainability goals. Our in-house designers and specialists continuously seek the latest techniques and materials to help us innovate in sustainability.
2024:
15% CO2 reduction compared to 2020.
250 solar panels and storage batteries cover a large part of our energy needs. Our fleet includes electric and hybrid cars, as well as new transport buses. Waste is separated, and we work with sustainable suppliers and materials for our end products.
2026:
35% CO2-reduction.
Optimization of solar energy, expansion of electric vehicles, and use of sustainable materials in at least 60% of our production processes. Increased focus on sustainability options for our customers.
2028:
60% CO2-reductionn
We use circular materials and work with sustainable suppliers.
Goal: 80% circular materials in stands, greening of the vehicle fleet, and reduction of the logistical footprint of trade show participation.
2030:
100% CO2-reduction.
We use circular materials and work with sustainable suppliers.
By 2030, we will have fully transitioned to renewable energy for both production (circular production methods) and transport, made possible by our solar panels and battery system.
